Specialized Women’s Pelvic PT, Without Insurance Restrictions
Designed for women who are serious about overcoming pelvic pain, pressure, and leakage for good.
“My experience at Vivid Women’s Health has been AMAZING! I had spent years at another pelvic floor therapy office before with very little change. After being at Vivid Women’s Health for the past year I have had made so much progress and back to activities that I hadn’t been able to do in years!”
- MaggieVivid Women’s Health is a private pay clinic because it allows us to be the type of provider you need: one-on-one, specialized, un-rushed, and focused on getting you better.
We know specialized care is an investment. That’s why we believe in fair and transparent pricing so you know exactly what this will cost, before you step foot in the door.
Your investment:
First visit/initial assessment: $225
Approximately 60 minutes, entirely one-on-one. Focused on figuring out why your symptoms are there in the first place.
Follow up sessions: $195
Approximately 60 minutes, entirely one-on-one. Focused on getting your symptoms resolved.
You’ll have your therapist’s undivided attention. No aides, no handoffs, no shared treatment time.
We’ll get you on the right path to finally have confidence in your pelvic floor.
You don’t have time for 3 visits per week. Neither do we.
Our sessions are designed to make every visit count. Visits start weekly and then frequency adjusts as your needs and goals progress.
Why is Vivid private pay?
We believe your care should be built around you, not what an insurance company dictates. Being private pay allows us to focus on you, not focused on games played by insurance companies.
This allows your therapist to have full freedom and spend an hour one-on-one with just you. Your therapist can look at the whole picture and build your goals around you, rather than be limited to predetermined visit counts, or insurance driven treatment requirements.
In turn, this allows you to finally feel relief from pelvic floor symptoms.

Patient Reviews
“Vivid Women's Health is the place to go for your pelvic floor! The staff here are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. My therpiast was quick to get to the heart of my problems and helped me to resolve my symptoms. She created a comfortable atmosphere and she really took her time so that I never felt rushed. I am so happy I didn't second guess my decision to go to this practice.”
- Alexa M
“After just a few visits, I am already feeling a difference with lifelong pain that I had previously assumed I would always have. I’ve definitely learned a lot already. As for the clinic itself, there’s a cozy and friendly atmosphere, and generous touches such as snacks and tea in the waiting area, which speaks to the consideration that the women who work here have for their patients.”
-Emma L
“I didn’t know I needed it as much as I did. It even helped me in ways that have nothing to do with the pelvic floor, but with wellness in general. I am so glad that I came to VIVID Women's Health versus another facility because I really feel the personalized, quality service is what made the difference. Everyone there, from the front desk to the owner, is so helpful. It was well worth it.”

Can I submit to my insurance for reimbursement?
As a courtesy, we do provide our patients with an itemized invoice that they can submit through their out of network therapy benefits.
Reimbursement varies by plan, and coverage cannot be guaranteed.
For those that care about insurance coverage:
Since we treat you entirely one-on-one, we typically see patients weekly, as opposed to 2-3 times per week. This in turn takes us fewer sessions to get you better.
If you haven’t met your deductible, in-network facilities will mark up the prices; sometimes, this means paying $500-$800 per session until your deductible is met. Our fee is a flat fee, regardless of type of treatment rendered.
Many times, even if the facility “takes your insurance”, the codes billed for pelvic PT will not be covered, leaving you with a surprise bill. We bill upfront, no surprises.
We can treat your whole body, without a new referral so we can focus on full body wellness.
