Meet the team
Our team of pelvic floor physical therapists have advanced training in managing women with pelvic floor concerns and are passionate about bringing the highest quality pelvic healthcare to the women of Bucks County, PA
A word from one of our patients:
Dr. Jenn Perna PT, DPT, OCS, PCES
Owner, Pelvic floor therapist
As a woman who recovered from four childbirths, Dr. Jenn has experienced how little support and guidance there is regarding postpartum recovery.
After experiencing both orthopedic and pelvic pain after recovering from her second pregnancy, she realized the need for a quiet and private physical therapy clinic that specialized solely specializes in women's pelvic health concerns.
Dr. Jenn founded Vivid in response to firsthand experience of being brushed off after a challenging postpartum recovery and frustration with how patients are cared for in the traditional physical therapy setting. She wanted to spend time getting to know her patients and partnering with them to design treatment plans that were individualized and effective.
Creating a private space that values one-on-one time with patients was non-negotiable. She has proudly grown Vivid to a group of likeminded clinicians that are equally passionate about women’s health and delivering quality care to patients.
Fun Facts: Dr. Jenn lives in Newtown with her husband and four children. She enjoys being active, going to the gym, playing tennis, and is an avid baker. Besides perfecting the women’s health PT experience, she is currently working on perfecting gluten free recipes!
Education: Dr. Jenn received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
Dr. Michelle Poulopoulos PT, DPT, PCES
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist
Dr. Michelle is a calming presence who is dedicated to providing her patients with warmth, compassion, and lasting solutions to their concerns.
One of the things she loves most about working at Vivid is the ability to dedicate a full hour of one-on-one care to every patient. No rushing. No splitting attention. She believes that when you actually take the time to understand someone’s story, that’s when meaningful progress happens.
Dr. Michelle loves working in women’s health because she gets to educate and empower women every single day. So many symptoms like leaking, pain with sex, and postpartum discomfort are normalized or dismissed. She’s passionate about changing that narrative.
While working at Vivid, she has seen incredible transformation in postpartum recovery, especially when posture, breathing, and coordination are addressed intentionally. Small shifts in how you move and support your body can create powerful relief far sooner than most women are told is possible.
She feels especially called to serve women with dyspareunia/pain with sex, who are too often left feeling isolated or unheard, and postpartum moms who are “cleared” at six weeks without any real guidance on how to safely return to activity. She believes women deserve better direction than “you’re good to go.” at their 6-week postpartum check.
Dr. Michelle is particularly passionate about helping women overcome stress urinary incontinence — especially during exercise. You should be able to lift, run, jump, and move without worrying about leaking. Period.
Fun facts: Outside the clinic, you’ll find her at the beach, hiking, weightlifting, biking, practicing yoga (or hot yoga), and spending quality time with family and friends. And when it’s time to unwind? A good book is always nearby.
Education: Dr. Michelle received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She is a pregnant and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES) and is also trained in the Graston technique.
Dr. Elyse Ryden PT, DPT, CLT, PCES
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist
Dr. Elyse became passionate about pelvic health because it creates space for concerns that get brushed off with “that’s normal.” She knows how isolating that can feel — because she’s navigated pelvic health concerns herself and experienced firsthand how transformative the right care can be.
At Vivid, she’s surrounded by smart, driven women in a calm, private environment where patients are never rushed and never dismissed. She believes environment matters, listening matters, and connecting the dots matters.
Dr. Elyse loves working with prolapse in particular — especially when we zoom out and look at the whole story: birth history, bowel function, bracing strategies, hip mobility, connective tissue, movement habits. When you address the full picture (not just the pelvic floor), everything changes. Pessary fittings have been a game-changer for many of her patients, helping them return to lifting, running, and living without fear.
She’s especially passionate about working with individuals with prolapse, endometriosis, persistent pain, and hypermobility — the women who have often spent years searching for answers. There is nothing she loves more than that moment when a patient says, “Wait… no one has ever explained it like that before.”
Fun facts: She was a competitive gymnast for nearly 20 years and competed in the NCAA — so she understands athletic drive, high standards, and the frustration of feeling limited by your body. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her strength training, deep into a fantasy novel, crocheting something intricate, or scouting out the best restaurant in town.
Education: Dr. Elyse got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and is a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
Dr. Kaity Kind Raju PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist
Dr. Kaity is devoted to helping women feel empowered in their bodies, not dismissed by them.
Working at Vivid is especially meaningful to her. She values the encouraging team of women she works alongside and the tranquil, thoughtfully designed environment they’ve created. Being part of a woman-owned, woman-centered practice matters to her. It creates a space where open, honest conversations can happen — without dismissal, embarrassment, or hesitation.
Women’s health is profoundly personal to Dr. Kaity, especially as a mother to her daughter. Despite her professional knowledge of pelvic health, her own pregnancy and postpartum journey was still challenging. That experience deepened her empathy and strengthened her commitment to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, post-menopause, and beyond.
She has seen some of the most powerful transformations in women experiencing stress urinary incontinence — a common but often undertreated condition that can quietly impact confidence and daily life. Through personalized changes, we can actually address the root cause and restore continence and confidence, not just mask symptoms.
Dr. Kaity believes the pregnant population is significantly underserved. Too often, symptoms like urinary leakage, pelvic heaviness, back pain, and pelvic discomfort are brushed off as “just part of pregnancy.” While these experiences are common, she firmly believes they are not something women simply have to accept.
Her approach is thorough, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that women deserve to feel strong, supported, and heard throughout every stage of motherhood.
Fun Facts: Originally from Long Island, Dr. Kaity moved to the Philadelphia area to join her husband. Together they have one daughter. Outside the clinic, she loves reading, baking, painting, pole dancing, and traveling — she’s visited Italy four times and would happily go back tomorrow.
Education: Dr. Kaity got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College in Marion, VA and is trained in Dry needling.

Dr. Karly Kaiser PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist
Dr. Karly doesn’t just treat one body part - she looks at the full picture.
She loves working at Vivid because she values the mentorship and collaboration of a strong team, while also having the autonomy to zoom out and connect the dots. When it comes to pelvic health, everything is connected — posture, breathing, hips, core control, movement patterns — and lasting change happens when you address all of it.
She’s drawn to women’s health because it allows her to treat conditions that are often under diagnosed, misunderstood, and quietly life-altering. Pelvic floor issues don’t just affect the body — they impact confidence, daily function, exercise, intimacy, and overall well-being. Too many women suffer in silence. Dr. Karly is passionate about changing that through education, evidence-based care, and honest conversations.
She has seen some of the most meaningful transformation in postpartum patients. Many arrive feeling discouraged — dealing with pain, incontinence, or a sense of disconnect from their core and pelvic floor. Through hands-on treatment, targeted strength work, and progressive movement retraining, she’s watched patients rebuild not only coordination and strength, but confidence. The shift from “I don’t trust my body” to “I feel capable again” is what drives her.
Being told leakage or pain is “normal” after childbirth often delays care that could be truly life-changing. With the right guidance and early intervention, recovery doesn’t have to feel confusing or incomplete.
Fun Facts: Outside the clinic, Dr. Karly loves reading across genres, experimenting in the kitchen (she’s recently taken on sourdough), and spending time outdoors — hiking, skiing, kayaking, or playing with her dog, Cookie.
Education: Dr. Karly got her Doctor of Physical Therapy from DeSales University.
Erin MacGirr
Office Manager
Erin is the heart behind the scenes at Vivid — and often the very first smile you’ll see when you walk through our Doylestown doors.
She is deeply passionate about women’s health because she believes women deserve care that empowers them to prioritize themselves — not just everyone else. She’s continually inspired by the impact pelvic floor physical therapy has on a woman’s confidence and quality of life, and she loves being part of a specialty that supports women through every stage with compassion, education, and truly individualized care.
Creating a space where patients feel comfortable and genuinely heard matters to Erin. From your first phone call to your final visit, she works intentionally to ensure every interaction feels calm, respectful, and supportive. Questions are answered thoughtfully. Concerns are addressed promptly. Details are handled with care.
One of her favorite parts of her role is supporting our prenatal patients. She finds it incredibly meaningful to be part of a team that walks alongside women during such a transformative season. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming and, at times, underserved — which makes it especially rewarding for her to witness the growth, confidence, and strength patients build from the beginning of their journey through postpartum.
With extensive experience managing a holistic health practice, Erin brings a patient-centered mindset to everything she does. She understands how important it is for women to feel seen, supported, and respected — and she goes the extra mile to make sure they do.
Fun Facts: Erin loves traveling, cooking, spending time in nature, and being with friends and family — especially her fun-loving dog, Macey. She’s also a proud gamer, which surprises people (and she kind of loves that).
