Perimenopause is a hot topic, and it seems like everyone thinks HRT will solve all their problems and symptoms. While HRT might help some women tremendously, we really need to look at the whole picture. Habits, postures, injuries, your fitness foundation (or lack of) and so many other factors come into play. It's critical that women check all the boxes going into perimenopause, and see the right professionals for issues, so you have the best chances of feeling good through these years.
